Wesolek is an accomplished professional with proven expertise in the structuring and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, go-public transactions, complex financings, public company reporting, infrastructure assessment, transaction architecture, and executive management. In his more than 35 years of experience, Robert has successfully worked with mature and start-up companies implementing strategic, people-oriented leadership, skilled team building, problem solving, and results-oriented management.
