Jackson is an experienced Chief Financial Officer who has provided leadership, vision, and strategic direction to organizations for over four decades. He has a demonstrated history of working in the Technology, Entertainment and Media, Telecom, and Manufacturing sectors. Wayne is skilled in IPOs, interaction with the investor community, Accounting, Internal Controls, FP&A, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Reporting, Systems Integration and improvements, and Corporate Tax. He is also a former PwC Partner with over 30 years of Accounting, Auditing, M&A, Tax Outsourcing, and Compliance (Sarbanes Oxley, SEC enforcement actions, etc.) with some of the Firm’s largest clients.
